Policies

We've established the following policies to help ensure a safe, wonderful experience for all camp & farm guests (any guest who chooses not to observe these policies may be asked to leave the property without any form of refund):

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (see below). Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Please note: *Check-ins after 8:00 PM will be "self check-ins"

  • Due to the nature of campground, we strongly recommend check-ins between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM

  • No luggage assistance available for self check-ins

• All rates are subject to state & local taxes & are subject to change without notice

• You will be responsible for any damages to tent or furnishings during your stay

 

Pets & Farm Animals:

• No pets allowed (our free-ranging chickens insist)

• Please do not feed farm animals or enter gated areas where animals are kept 

 

Children & Visitors:

• All guests & visitors must be at least 12 years of age  ​

• Outside visitors must be pre-approved by camp owners

Cancellation Policy (applicable to campground reservations, weddings & retreats): 

• If reservations are cancelled 15 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee

• If reservations are cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited/no refund

• If reservations are canceled 3 or fewer days prior to arrival, 100% of the entire balance due on the booking will be forfeited/no refund

 

Quiet Hours observed 10pm to 8am:

• Please be considerate to fellow campers (voices, music volumes, etc.). Due to the nature of our campground set-up & in consideration to other guests, check-ins after 8pm discouraged

Campground & Tents:

• ​absolutely NO tobacco use/smoking or vape pens in or near tents or campground structures

• no firearms, fireworks, personal tents or canopies allowed

• no trespassing onto neighboring properties/pastures

• no entry into gated farm pastures unless accompanied by owner

• no swimming or wading in farm pond

• place trash, food waste & recycling in designated areas (please do not leave food/waste exposed in tents or outside areas)

Vehicles & Parking:

• parking in designated areas only; 10mph speed limit throughout property

• protect your person & property; keep cars & personal items safely secured at all times (we are not responsible for lost or stolen property)​
